RONALD P. THIBOUTOT, Ph.D.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Thiboutot is on loan from the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania where he is Vice President of Science and Technology. His responsibilities include identifying promising new areas of technology, reviewing science and business opportunities, and investing in seed stage opportunities. Dr. Thiboutot sits on six corporate and economic development boards and provides interim CEO services for selected start-ups as required.

Dr. Thiboutot is a 25-year pharmaceutical industry veteran. Prior to joining the Life Sciences Greenhouse, Dr. Thiboutot was President of RT Consultants, Inc., which provided technical, equipment procurement, and facility design consulting services to the US and EU pharmaceutical industry. Among his other employers were Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was the Plant Director of the vaccine manufacturing facility located in Marietta, PA; Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he worked in the international technology transfer division; and Baxter Travenol. Dr. Thiboutot holds a B.S, M.S., and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.

RICHARD N. KOLESNICK, M.D.
Chief Science Officer

Dr. Richard Kolesnick is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Ras Therapeutics, Inc. He is a Member of the Molecular Pharmacology and Chemistry Laboratory of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Center (MSKCC) at Sloan Kettering Institute in New York. Upon his arrival at MSKCC, Dr. Kolesnick was named Director of the Molecular Pharmacology and Chemistry Research Seminar Series and serves on the Executive Committee of the Experimental Therapeutics Center and Promotions Advisory Committee for the Department of Medicine. He currently maintains faculty positions at Memorial Hospital and Cornell University Medical College.

Dr. Kolesnick was recently named the National Institutes of Health Chairman of Special Emphasis Panel on Pancreas Cancer as a result of his work in this area. In addition, he serves on a number of scientific and medical societies including the American Federation of Clinical Research, American Society for Clinical Investigation, American Society for Biochemisty and Molecular Biology and the American Association for Cancer Research.

Dr. Kolensick has held editorial positions on a number of journals such as Endocrinology, Journal of Inflammation, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Cancer Research, Cancer Biology and Therapy and Cell Death and Differentiation. He is credited with over 125 original articles and book chapters.

KEVIN HARTER, M.B.A.
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harter is Senior Vice President for the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania (LSGPA) and is managing director of the LSGPA Gap and Companion Funds. Mr. Harter has a diverse technology business operations background with over 15 years at CxO positions. He was co-founder and COO of Keystone Medical Systems, Inc., until its acquisition by Continental Medical Systems (NYSE:CMS). He is a Founding Director of The Legacy Bank and served on the Audit, Loan and Executive Committees prior to its acquisition by FNB Corp. (NYSE: FNB). Additionally, he has extensive transaction experience in early-stage investing and M&A work. Mr. Harter has a B.S. in Information Systems and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
